Complete Your First Session

Walk through your first AI-generated training session from warm-up to cooldown.

Open Today's Session

Navigate to the Training tab and tap on today's prescribed session. Review the exercise list, sets, reps, and target RPE before starting.

Follow the Exercise Flow

Work through each exercise in order. The app will guide you with video demonstrations, rest timers, and load recommendations based on your profile.

Log Your Performance

After each set, log your actual reps, weight used, and RPE. This feedback is critical — the AI uses it to refine future sessions.

Review Your Session Summary

After completing all exercises, review your session summary including total volume, intensity distribution, and personalised recovery recommendations.
