Pro-Benchmark Score

Your overall performance rating out of 100, calculated from your latest assessments across all four domains: Power, Speed, Agility, and Endurance.

Readiness Indicator

A daily score reflecting your recovery status, sleep quality, and training load balance. Green means go hard, amber means moderate, red means active recovery.

Training Load Graph

The 7-day rolling chart shows your acute vs chronic training load ratio. Staying within the optimal zone minimises injury risk while maximising adaptation.
